One (1) Year Limited Warranty
TurboCATS offers a one-year warranty on new products. Repaired units come with a 180-day warranty. These warranties are in effect from the date of product delivery.
Limited Product Warranty
A. Limitations Of Warranty
TurboCATS Limited warrants that the product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. If any of such products prove to be defective during this warranty period. TurboCATS Limited at its option, will either repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide a replacement in exchange for the defective product. In order to obtain service under this warranty, the customer must notify TurboCATS Limited of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service. Customer shall be responsible for packaging and shipping the defective product to the factory with shipping charges prepaid. This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or inadequate maintenance and care. TurboCATS shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty (a) to repair damage resulting from attempts by personnel other than TurboCATS representatives to install, repair or service the product; (b) to repair damage resulting from improper use or connection to incompatible equipment; or (c) to service a product that has been modified or integrated with other products when the effect of such modification or integration increases the time or difficulty of servicing the product.
THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN BY TURBOCATS WITH RESPECT TO THIS PRODUCT IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. TURBOCATS AND ITS VENDORS DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TURBOCATS' RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR OR REPLACE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY PROVIDED TO THE CUSTOMER FOR BREACH OF THISWARRANTY. TURBOCATS AND ITS VENDORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IRRESPECTIVE OF WHETHER TURBOCATS OR THE VENDOR HAS ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Claims for damage or loss will only be accepted if it can be proven that such damages or loss occurred;
This warranty extends only to the goods and services supplied or to be supplied by the Seller in accordance with and based on the Seller's instructions of use and recommendations.
B. Limitations Of Liability
EXCEPT AS AND TO THE EXTENT EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, OR AS OTHERWISE MANDATED BY THE APPLICABLE LAW, THE SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE BUYER FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLIARY OR RELIANCE DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS) RELATING TO OR ARISING OUT OF THIS ORDER, HOWERVER CAUSED, AND WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, EQUITY, OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY. WHETHER THE BUYER WAS NOTIFIED OR AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, LOSSES OR EXPENSES, THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY PROVIDED UNDER THIS ORDER.
C. Obtaining Service
Email our customer support at support@turbocats.com.hk to see if you can solve the problem yourself. If not, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept any unauthorized returns.
Do not return the product to TurboCATS without an authorized RMA number.
